Hushpuppies are one of the most appetizing starters offered at Kinfork BBQ & Tap. The selection goes for $9 and features jalapeno lime sauce, cheddar cheese, and fire-grilled jalapeno. At $10 the 10-hour smoked brisket burnt ends offer a delicious combination of creamy slaw, house pickles, and balsamic BBQ. Cheese curds are also an excellent option to start your dining experience at Kinfork BBQ & Tap. They cost $9 and feature chili aioli, beer-battered, and Wisconsin white cheddar. Oak-smoked wings are available for $11 and feature a choice of either dry rub, chili maple, spicy BBQ, bourbon BBQ, sriracha buffalo, or garlic buffalo sauce.

The Knife and fork selection goes for $12 and features pretzel buns, pickles, tomato, arugula, chipotle Mayo, onion king ring, bacon, and Merkts cheddar. The black bean burger costs $11 and features a whole wheat bun, red onion, tomato, lettuce, avocado, chipotle mayo, and the restaurant housemade black bean patty. The patty melt burger goes for $12 and features buttered marble rye, caramelized onions, melted swiss and cheddar, and a grilled Angus burger.
